We went to the mall yesterday and I was surprised, but very excited, to see Santa there. Ryan thinks me taking Braxton to talk to Santa before Thanksgiving is open rebellion. Oh, Ryan is not the Grinch, he just loves Thanksgiving and thinks that I would rather skip Thanksgiving and start celebrating Christmas on November 1st. This is sort of true. I like Thanksgiving too, but I think in Canada we do it right. We celebrate it in October and then can concentrate on Christmas right after Halloween. So, every year Ryan makes me promise that we will not listen to Christmas music until the day after Thanksgiving. Of course when he is not home Christmas music is blasting through my speakers. My wonderful mother-in-law gave me her satellite radio, there are 6 stations that play nothing but Christmas music!!! I guess I will humor Ryan for a few more days and only speak of my excitement for eating lots of turkey and watching football this coming Thursday.

Open Rebellion

wow that is a very cool santa...love him to death..lol..braxton is so lucky,,and ryan,,that is why i can,t come down there at this time of the year,,i would have a hard time to keep my christmas under control...lol..and mern love the music...mommy
